I seriously can not get over this burl console, I couldn’t even believe my eyes when I saw it roll out in Target with the new Studio McGee and Threshold spring line. It caters so well with so many styles, especially the vintage modern thing I’ve got going on these days. (As to be expected, it sells out often so I’ve linked some similar burl beauties below in Shop the Post)
I couldn’t wait to see it set up in our new house, I knew immediately I would want to pair it with my Slim Aarons Tennis in the Bahamas ~ the tones are a match made in heaven. Next was this amazing vintage Italian lamp I snagged on an Etsy hunt (linked lots of these too) paired with the token RH slope lamp shade. Sprinkle in your favorite book of the moment, magazine stacks, coasters, a yummy candle and a vintage ashtray on top for garnish. To ground it all are my favorite Mongolian Fur Stools from Pottery Barn. I’ve had these babies 5 years now and they are extra special to have made so many moves and lived in so many homes with me.
